Osier Belle, founded by master designer Penelope Camplisson, is driven by her passion and perfectionism in crafting the world’s finest outdoor furniture. The Osier Belle family comprises a talented team of designers, weavers, tailors, furniture makers, and customer consultants. Our Process
Every Osier Belle design begins not on a screen, but on paper. Each piece is conceived by hand and taken to the factory as a hand-drawn idea, where our team works through every detail with patience and precision: the curve of an arm, the depth of a seat, the profile of a cushion, until it is exactly right.
It is this process that gives our furniture its character. Pieces that could only have been made by people who care deeply about what they are making.
Our Factory
From the beginning, we knew that making furniture we were truly proud of meant making it ourselves. When we looked at what other manufacturers were producing, and how they were producing it, we walked away. The compromises on quality and the disregard for the people doing the work were not something we were willing to be part of.
Our factory is located in Cirebon, West Java, and it is something we are genuinely proud of. It is equipped with the best machinery and tools available, and designed to be a place where people enjoy coming to work. Respectful wages, a positive environment, comfortable surroundings, and interest-free employee loans for staff who need them are not perks, they are the standard.
