Terms Of Sale

Order Confirmation:
An order confirmation will be sent to you to acknowledge receipt of your order. This confirmation overrides any previous correspondence regarding your order (verbal, written, graphic, or otherwise). We will process your order as per the confirmation unless we receive written notification of any requested changes within 24 hours. If you’ve bought an item on pre-order, you may receive two shipments for your order. We’ll dispatch all in-stock items as soon as possible, and the pre-order item/s will be dispatched once stock is available.

Changing Your Order:
Each piece of furniture is handmade to your chosen size and finishes. Whether we can make changes to an order depends on its progress in production. Once your order has been confirmed and is in production, any request for changes must be in writing. We’ll do our best to assist, but we can’t guarantee that changes can be made. Changes agreed to by Osier Belle will incur additional costs.

Cancellations:
Once your order has been confirmed, any request to cancel must be in writing. As each piece is made to your specific fabric and finish choices, the cancellation will incur charges, which vary depending on the production status of the order.

Lead Times:
All furniture pieces are made to order unless they are in-stock. Contact our sales team for current lead times, as these can vary throughout the year, especially during peak demand periods. Please note that shipping and delivery times vary depending on your location. Our team will provide an estimated completion date for your order once it has entered production.

Colour Variations:
Although we’ve made every effort to ensure that the colors shown on our website accurately reflect the true appearance, please note that there may be variation due to factors such as computer monitor settings, lighting, and natural product variation. We recommend viewing products in person before ordering, if possible, or requesting swatches and additional information from our sales teams.
